1. Services Offered

• Delivery and unpacking support

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• Remaining payment must be made before unloading at the destination.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.

• Cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled move may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure all personal and fragile items are packed securely and clearly marked.

• Be present or assign someone at both pickup and drop-off locations.

• Declare any high-value items in advance.

• Provide accurate address details and notify us of any location access issues (e.g., narrow lanes, no lifts, restricted timings).

4. Liability & Damages

• Dabbu Packers and Movers takes utmost care in handling your belongings.

• We are not liable for damages caused due to poor packing by the customer, force majeure events (fire, flood, accidents), or delays beyond our control.

• Any claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

• Optional transit insurance is available upon request.

5. Delivery & Timelines

• Estimated delivery times will be provided during booking.

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events are not the responsibility of Dabbu Packers and Movers.

• No refund or discount shall be claimed for minor delivery delays.

6. Prohibited Items

• The customer agrees not to transport illegal, hazardous, flammable, or perishable items.

• We reserve the right to refuse carriage of any goods that violate safety, legal, or company policies.

7. Storage Terms (if applicable)

• Stored items are kept in a secured location; however, Dabbu Packers and Movers is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, pests, or improper packing by the customer.

• Monthly storage fees apply, and advance payment is required for each term.

8. Jurisdiction
